Michael Belfonti of Hamden, CT, maintains a strong presence in the real estate industry and manages several affiliated companies through Belfonti Companies, LLC. Michael Belfonti oversees short- and long-term investment strategies spanning a wide range of opportunistically acquired properties, both in the United States and abroad.

Mr. Belfonti has a keen ability to grow revenues for his various companies by capitalizing on the identification and creation of value through real estate acquisition and development.. A core focus with commercial and industrial properties, as well as apartment units, is on maximizing investor profitability. He currently has several commercial and residential properties under development and is navigating the entitlement process for a variety of other sites.

Giving back to his CT community is an important facet of Mr. Belfonti’s approach, and he has functioned as a member of various boards of directors, including those for Cheshire Academy, Junior Achievement of Connecticut, and Kids for Kids, Dancing for Life, Inc. He has also established two endowment funds that enable students from disadvantaged backgrounds to attend local private Catholic high schools.
